A Good MSM Accounting of Reagan

I’ll plead guilty to being hyper-critical of the various positive assessments of Reagan that have appeared in the mainstream media, perhaps overdoing my complaints about their defects, so when there’s a good MSM account of Reagan, it’s worth giving it a shout out. It shouldn’t surprise us that the best account this week comes from the reporter who covered Reagan the longest (and occasionally has appeared in NR), Lou Cannon. His piece today gets Reagan right in nearly every respect.
