McCain: Ben Rhodes ‘a Political Hack’

John McCain isn’t too fond of White House adviser Ben Rhodes, especially in light of recent e-mails that show Rhodes instructing Susan Rice on her Sunday show appearance in the aftermath of the September 2012 Benghazi attacks.

The Arizona senator wants to see Rhodes and others involved subpoenaed under a congressional select committee. “We have never heard from many of the key players that were involved in that, including Ben Rhodes, who we now see used to be a spokesperson for the NSC [National Security Council], obviously was the political hack for the Obama reelect,” he told Fox News on Thursday.

“You’ve got to understand this in the context of the Obama reelect campaign,” McCain added.

In e-mails obtained by Judicial Watch, Rhodes urged Rice and others to “underscore that these protests are rooted in an Internet video” and tout President Obama’s “steady and statesmanlike” leadership.

Students’ Anti-Gun Views

Are children innocents or are they leaders? Are teenagers fully autonomous decision-makers, or are they lumps of mental clay, still being molded by unfolding brain development? The Left seems to have a particularly hard time deciding these days. Take, for example, the high-school students from Parkland, ... Read More
