Mitt Puts Romney in a Different Light

Netflix released a trailer for its new original documentary Mitt, which followed the Romney campaign over the course of six years. The trailer opens by showing the family realizing he lost on the night of the 2012 election.

Over the course of the trailer, we see Romney struggle with attacks that he’s a “flip-flopper,” grow confident through the debates, and enjoy candid moments, such as his ironing his suit while still wearing it. “Whatever side you’re on, see another side,” the text at the end of the trailer reads. As Allahpundit over at Hot Air wrote, “the trailer is more humanizing than anything Romney’s campaign did for him.”

Mitt will be released on January 24, 2014, on Netflix.
