More on McGovern

Another reader e-mails questioning McGovern’s account.  He cites several abstracts in the New York Times archives from 1973 and 1974 strongly suggesting McGovern supported Nixon’s ouster. Does any reader have access to the full archives to check? 

The reader also notes that McGovern’s call for Bush’s impeachment is nothing new.  Last year he said that “Bush is much more impeachable than Richard Nixon was. That’s been clear for some time.”
