More New START–Prospects for Ratification Dimming

Per Huff Po, Graham was down on the treaty’s prospects in the lame-duck as well:

On CBS’s “Face the Nation,” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), said, “If you really want to have a chance to ratify START, you better start over and do it in the next Congress because this lame duck has been poisoned.”
