This Is Not the Sarah Palin Story

As a rattled Capitol Hill gets to work Monday, the lead item on Politico’s website is … SARAH PALIN.

For real? This is a “turning point” for her, I read. This being the shooting of Representative Giffords. Never mind that we know of no connection between the shooter and Sarah Palin. 

I hate to break it to the media, but this story is not about Sarah Palin. And, odds are, it’s not about you, either. It’s about a disturbed man in Arizona, murdered Americans — including a child — and a congresswoman fighting for her life with the help of a quick-on-his-feet intern and some talented doctors.
