I hear ya, John J. Miller!

A few years ago, I was rather daunted by the name of the leader of Madagascar’s Catholics, the archbishop of Antananarivo, Victor Cardinal Razafimahatratra. So I was a little relieved when I learned, eventually, that someone had succeeded him in the post.

His successor was Armand Cardinal Razafindratandra.

(Actually, Malagasy names are not that hard to pronounce; it just takes a while to do so.)
