I am not a lawyer, but I think it is important to bear in mind that this was never likely to be a ruling on the whole of the law. I am not sure that is a takeaway. I certainly hope it is not, for our understanding of the limits of government power. But keep an eye out for more legal analysis throughout the day, here and at Bench Memos, on NRO.
