‘Save Benghazi’

Here’s our new editorial on Libya. We opposed a no-fly zone when it looked like the rebels could prevail anyway. Now that Qaddafi is on the verge of crushing them we advocate a no-fly zone and a no-drive zone to protect a rebel enclave in the east. But the hour is late. (VDH writes today in tentative opposition to intervention in Libya, by the way.)
