Snowden at Sochi? Putin: ‘Everyone Is Invited’

Can we expect to see shots of Edward Snowden, America’s most famous expat, in the bleachers during the Sochi Winter Olympics? In an interview with George Stephanopoulos on ABC’s This Week, Vladimir Putin said there’s no reason that can’t happen. The Russian president explained that Snowden’s provisional asylum lets him travel freely across the country with no special limitations. That means if he wants to buy a ticket and pop in for some figure skating, there’s nothing holding him back. Video here:
