Thursday It Is for Obamacare at SCOTUS

Looks like we’re headed to Thursday for the SCOTUS decision on Obamacare. We also learned that Chief Justice Roberts is very likely to be the one to write the decision, which may mean that the Court has decided to overturn the mandate. (However, there has been speculation that Roberts would join a liberal majority so as to control the opinion either way.) We’ll be back with the live blog at Critical Condition, starting around 9:30 a.m. ET on Thursday.
