What Happened to the 47 Percent?

On taxes, I assumed I’d be hearing about the “47 percent.” It’s the perfect time for President Obama to zing Mitt with it, or at least remind voters about it. But . . .

Nada.

Is President Obama holding back? Or is he really just a weak debater?

We’re almost 30 minutes in, and Mitt Romney is dominating this debate yet again. President Obama must know this.  He must see he’s, at best, tied.

Is he okay with that?
