White House Threatens Veto of GOP Spending Bill

No surprise:

 

An official statement says the bill cuts “core government functions and investments” required for economic growth and creating jobs. It also says the bill doesn’t give the Pentagon enough money to meet its requirements.

The White House says that if the measure isn’t made more to President Barack Obama’s liking before it is sent to his desk, he will veto it.
