Why I Like Facebook

 

My Facebook friends watch TV, so I don’t have to. Today, Leonard Marquez reports: “Wow, the Steve Jobs death didn’t really hit me until CNN reported on Ashton Kutcher’s reaction. . . .Well, at least we didn’t lose Ashton too.”  

A wonderful culture snapshot, in less than 25 words. I know it’s fashionable to dump on Facebook these days, but I find I learn a great deal from the perspectives people offer there.
