Re: ACORN on Campus

In this WSJ article  Steven Malanga wrote about the increasing number of “labor studies” programs at

American universities — taxpayer subsidized training grounds for young socialist zealots.
Here once again we see the problem I have often written about — college

courses that not about transmitting a body of knowledge, but instead aim at

inculcating certain attitudes and beliefs in students and goading them into

becoming “activists.”
