UNC Envisions the Future

Under its new president, Tom Ross, the UNC system is working on a big new strategic plan. Unfortunately, as Jay Schalin writes in today’s Pope Center piece, the planners are listening exclusively to people who believe that universities can do almost anything to “improve society.”
