An Update on Prof. Kenneth Howell

Professor Howell, readers may recall, was fired from the University of Illinois after teaching about Catholic views of sexual morality in a class called “Introduction to Catholicism.” Apparently, teaching Catholic thought in a class about Catholic thought violated the university’s standards of inclusivity. The university reinstated Professor Howell, and now the academic-freedom committee charged with investigating the case has issued its report.
