‘Waxman-Markey Just Plain Sucks’

The environmentalist case against Waxman-Markey. Some of the arguments are bad, but it’s nice to watch the greens cut each other up. Indeed, if Bush and the GOP Congress had proposed this bill back around 2005, the greens would have lined up unanimously in opposition (with the possible exception of Environmental Defense, which will endorse anything that has “trading” in it). This may mark a new high water mark for environmental hypocrisy.
