Derb – That’s a great point. But doesn’t it cut both ways? I hear a lot of people claiming that the guest-worker provision is a radical idea, creeping Euro-craziness. If it’s merely one more kind of immigration status — among 79 others — it may (or may not) be a good idea, but it certainly makes it sound much less radical, dangerous and unprecedented.
