Here’s another piece of evidence that the “progressive” slant in our law schools is having an impact: A federal judge in Massachusetts has ruled in favor of a school district’s rule that a student cannot wear a T-shirt reading “There Are Only Two Genders.”

The judge agreed with the school district that some students might feel “unsafe” if others were allowed to wear shirts with that terrifying, provocative message.
What this shows is how deeply leftist ideology has penetrated into the judiciary, thanks to law schools’ teaching that the feelings of a few should take priority over the Constitution. This will only get worse.
