Abdulaziz Hakim and Iranian Strategy

Abdul Aziz Hakim, the leader of SCIRI, is in Washington.  He’s being portrayed as a moderate.  This is a mistake.  Iran is playing a clever game of bad-cop, worse-cop.  Iran supports both Muqtada and Hakim.  They share the same goal; there differences are only of style.
