Alberto Gonzales is in Iraq, supporting the troops and highlighting Department of Justice successes in the war on terror. Seems to be his hands are full. And the last thing DOJ needs is another transition period with a new AG. My money’s on Gonzales isn’t really being considered for SCOTUS.
