My apologies to Radio Derb listeners, by the way, for there being no broadcast last week. July 3 is my son’s birthday, with the compulsory all-day trip to an amusement park. On the Fourth we held a barbecue for friends. Then for me personally, this year’s festivities were crowned (as it were) by tooth trouble and some emergency dental work. Normal service will be resumed this weekend.
