Al Jazeera America’s White House correspondent Mike Viqueira found out firsthand and on-air that the Obamacare exchange hotline isn’t much better than it’s website. Taking the president’s advice to call the number, Viqueira was directed by the navigator to create an online account first before calling back due to problems with the system at the call center.
