A good friend with extensive experience on Capitol Hill noticed the following alarming article on the CNBC web site. His observation: “Yeah, it sounds crazy now, but after all of the 1099 reporting requirements that Congress has enacted these past years, is it something that you can rule out?”
Let’s hope the White House missed this one: “UK Proposes All Paychecks Go to the State First.”
