Thomas O’Grady, mayor of North Olmstead Ohio, announced he will run for Rep. Dennis Kucinich’s congressional seat in 2008. With multiple primary challengers, it would seem Kucinich’s chances of re-election are increasing, despite all of his time spent chasing the Democratic presidential nomination like a leprechaun seeking a rainbow’s end. For this reason, the Cleveland Plain Dealer is urging Kucinich’s critics to unite around a single challenger before the primary next year.
