Anti-ICE agitators are now creating roadblocks in Minnesota and stopping cars that have out-of-state license plates.
According to videos posted online that document the protests, the purpose of the roadblocks is for protesters to demand identification from drivers to confirm that they are not linked to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
