ARG in SC: McCain 33, Huck 23, Romney 20

This poll shows a little Romney bounce. Fred still in fourth at 13.

Dear Mr. Lowry,

Because you pointed out the new SC polls, I just wanted to mention that ARG was 10 points off (in favor of McCain) in MI. They’re currently one of the four pollsters that are making up RCP’s SC average. Of the remaining three, one of them was also 10 points off in favor of McCain in MI (Reuters/CSpan/Zogby) and one was 9 points off in McCain’s favor. My point: I don’t think anyone knows what’s going to happen in SC. With talk radio going after McCain and Huckabee like they are, and as unreliable as the polls have been, I wouldn’t be surprised by a Romney or Thompson win–or at least a stronger-than-expected finish by one or both of them.
