Assassin Anniversary

This is the fictional anniversary of my historical novel, The First Assassin–i.e., most of the plot takes place in April 1861. Each chapter describes a day, up to the climax on April 26. On my website, I’m posting short, spoiler-free daily excerpts. Have a look.
