teaching a unit on global warming, warning my community college
students about junk science, the “watermelon” issue, et al., for
several years. Your commentary will now be part of my presentation,
not only as a sweetly sensible response to alarmism, but as an
encouragement to the rising generation that one of them will bring
the solution to the problem.
