Mitt Romney continues to lead in New Hampshire, but Michele Bachmann is catching up, according to a new poll by Democratic firm Public Policy Polling of Republican primary voters.
The poll shows Romney at 25 percent to Bachmann’s 18 percent. Sarah Palin is in third with 11 percent. Trailing Palin are Ron Paul (9 percent), Herman Cain and Rick Perry (7 percent), Jon Huntsman and Tim Pawlenty (6 percent), and Newt Gingrich (4 percent).
Without Palin as an option, Mitt Romney won 28 percent support to Bachmann’s 21 percent.
The results are markedly different from the WMUR poll that came out yesterday, which showed Romney at 35 percent in support in New Hampshire from likely GOP voters to Bachmann’s 12 percent.
