Ban DST!

I’m not the only one who can’t stand it:

Imagine commencing a thousand-mile journey and at mile 700, the odometer suddenly reads “800″. Is that somehow supposed to psychologically make me feel like I’m closer to my destination? Am I a moron or just that bad at math and/or geography?

I’m with you. Someone needs to drive a stake in the heart of DST…one hour ago!


I’m in complete agreement with your article. Still, I think a more modern argument would be that the extra hour of daylight contributes to global warming.
