Bank President Arrests Robber

American Banker (disclosure: my wife works there) has the story of a bank president in Missouri who followed a robber outside and apprehended him.

Second Amendment lovers should read the whole thing, but my favorite part is the last graf:

“It was on me once I left the building,” he adds. “I was just an armed U.S. citizen making a citizen’s arrest until the police arrived. Maybe it wasn’t protocol, but welcome to Missouri.”
