That Beck Factor

From my inbox, a last-minute plea from Danny Tarkanian in Nevada:

Dear Friend,

Glenn Beck warning against Angle?

Please watch this video of what Glenn Beck, who called Danny the Tea Party radical candidate in Nevada, said earlier today on his radio show. Sharron Angle is not the only Tea Party candidate in this race and could very well lose to Reid in November. Take Glenn Beck’s warning seriously. Vote for the conservative who will fight illegals and can actually beat Harry Reid.

-Team Tark

P.S. Make sure to forward this video to all of your friends and neighbors before they vote!

A bit strange. In the final hours, Tark’s telling us to watch a Glenn Beck video made by Sue Lowden?

On Twitter, David Frum is not amused: “GOP survived Boss Quay, it’ll survive this.”

Almost nothing is discussed as badly in America or Europe as the subject of immigration. And one reason is that it remains almost impossible to have any sensible or rational public discussion of its consequences. Or rather it is eminently possible to have a discussion about the upsides (“diversity,” talent, ... Read More
