It’s a two way tie. The Congressional Shipbuilding Caucus conjures up images of Barney Frank and Alcee Hastings sitting around a table trying to fit miniature seven-masted schooners into glass bottles. The Congressional Prevention Caucus sounds, in principle, like an idea that’s long overdue.
