So the Telegraph’s lead was “low turnout,” even though low turnout favored the Left. The New York Times tucked it away on lucky page 13, full of quotes from “experts,” none of whom asked the obvious question: If Berlusconi is as bad as everybody says, how come he wins so many elections?
