Meanwhile, on my book’s Amazon page, a negative reviewer says, “Thank goodness 258 pages is all it took.” Hmmm. Amazon says it’s 256 pages long, yet the copy I have in my hands is 354 pages. You know, I suspect he may not have bought and read it at all…
