Maybe I just have it on the brain after last night’s “debate” but read the column by Melissa Henneberger Ramesh links to below. Then read her bio. Henneberger comes from the cream of elite establishment reporting. Presumably, her husband — an editor at the Post — shares her perspective to some extent. She’s got every right to her opinions and if she’s an opinin columnist now, good for her. But, she’s obviously very, very liberal. I sincerely doubt she stuck out like a sore thumb at the New York Times because of her political opinions. In fact, I think she’s probably completely unremarkable in that regard. Which is the point.
