Joe Biden isn’t sure if he will run in 2016, but he said on Wednesday believes he would make a good commander-in-chief.

“In my heart, I’m confident that I can make a good president,” the vice president told Today’s Savannah Gurthrie. “It’s a very different decision to decide whether or not to run for president.”

“I have not made a decision to run, I have not made a decision not to run,” he said. In the meantime, the vice president said he plans to focus on the tasks facing the Obama administration, including the new job-training reform programs the president tasked him with in Tuesday evening’s State of the Union address.
