Was just talking to somone–someone not aligned with either camp and not thrilled with the idea of Blunt or Boehner as majority leader–who thinks Blunt’s number is probably close to what they say it is. This source thinks the strict whip standards for a count are probably still being applied here, and therefore no one is being moved onto the Blunt list unless they are pretty solid votes.
