I’m told the NR cruises are a blast — cigars, tropical ports, Jonah and Mark Steyn yukking it up. But if coyotes and cacti are more to your liking, you might consider the Center for Immigration Studies border tour in February in southwestern Arizona. Instead of a large group sailing smoothly in ocean-borne luxury, we’ll be a small band bouncing in SUVs on rutted border roads, seeing both fenced and unfenced parts of the line and meeting with a variety of local figures. And, though we’ll not be traveling at night, we will run across signs like this:
