I had the great pleasure of joining Frank Gaffney (thanks to our
fabulous friend Georgette Gelbard) for breakfast yesterday. Frank is
quiet and intense, but also gracious, warm and funny. We discussed
Gaza and his concerns for the future of Israel, and the frightening
extent to which Saudi-sponsored Wahhabism has infiltrated the U.S.,
all of which made the perfect beginning to a day in which I was
supposed to go to work and write comedy.
