The Politico has a piece today on the plans of Eric Holder, our brave, completely uncowardly attorney general, to “fight discrimination and inequality.”
He might want to start by joining the effort to save more than 1,700 poor, mostly black children from being thrown out of good private schools into D.C.’s insanely expensive travesty of a school system. He might not be aware of it, but educational opportunities are pretty unequal in the city and eliminating the voucher program would certainly make things worse.
Maybe he could say something to his boss and congressional Democrats. You know, since he’s so brave and all.
