Florida federal district judge Roger Vinson has ruled that much of a 20-state lawsuit challenging Obamacare can move forward — including the challenge to the constitutionality of the individual mandate. This after another federal judge in Michigan dismissed a similar lawsuit last week.
Vinson also ruled that a constitutional challenge to the ACA’s Medicaid expansion — an unfunded mandate to the states — can move forward. Four other counts were dismissed.
