The Bright Side of the News

You can get a few smiles from surfing around in the news.  I was just reading this piece from Drudge, about a radio reporter who was assaulted while leaving a Los Angeles charter school his station had been covering.  The school, whose student body is 90-something percent Mexican, teaching its students to hate white people and fight for the reconquista.  (Though why this is news, I don’t know.  Don’t all schools teach something similar?  Anyway…)

Well, after I finished reading the story, my eye fell on the “Sponsored Links” box underneath it.  The very first ad was for an online travel agent.  It was headed: “Free flight out of Los Angeles.”  Now that’s what I call placement!
