The Competitive Enterprise Institute celebrates its 25th Anniversary today (it’s not the actual “birthday” — think of it like The Queen’s Official Birthday) with its Annual Dinner on Capitol Hill tonight. We’ve come a long way since “Papa Liberty” Fred Smith started the organization in his kitchen.
