Apparently David offered this advice on NPR on Friday:
He’s gotta tie himself to a theme that runs through everything. And the theme that’s authentic to him is: He is the future. He is the kind of person who emerges in a global world. And that’s what I’m looking for at the convention, whether he can do that.
