There’s more though: Carlos e-mails: “European Convention President Valery Giscard d’Estaing–charged with overseeing the drafting of Europe’s new constitution–has sent the 400-page document to the prestigious Académie Française for review. A Giscard spokesman defended the action on the grounds that the constitutional text is too ‘Brussels French.’”
