Well, here’s my two pennyworth: Never underestimate the efficacy of crude
propaganda. Hey, it works for the Left.
We could make a start in this direction by thinking up unflattering names
for the Bush proposal. How about “coyote’s charter”?
(In Chinese-American neighborhoods this would have to be changed to
“snakehead’s charter,” but that can be arranged.)
