Washington, D.C. — Herman Cain told an American Enterprise Institute audience this morning that if he had to choose from the GOP field for his Halloween costume, he’d dress up as Ron Paul.
“That’s a trick question,” Cain laughed at the beginning of a morning policy forum. But after mulling for a minute, he settled on the Texas congressman.
